One of my favorite television programs in recent years is The Righteous Gemstones. If you have not seen the show, it is about the patriarch of a South Carolina megachurch and his self-centered immature adult children. Quite the mix of broad comedy, pathos, and deep south American protestant Christianity. Have you watched it on HBO or Max?
