Title: Chicken Kebab Marinated in Lemon Juice and Olive Oil

Prompt: lemon or lime

Here's an attempt to capture tonight's dinner. Last night I had my son squeeze ten lemons and I added olive oil, yogurt, tomato paste, oregano, salt, and pepper. In a few hours I will skewer them with some red bell peppers. They will cook in about five minutes per side on the grill outside. We will probably have a pasta side and some grilled asparagus, roasted peppers, and some olives and feta.
