My Old House Is For Sale

Yesterday I just happened to check the real estate listings for Grand Forks, North Dakota and saw that the house that we used to live in is now on the market. We sold the house in 2014 when we moved to New Jersey. At the time, Grand Forks was a hot market and we had an offer on the house within 48 hours of listing it. This house has been on the market for 68 days.
