Junk Journal Week 21

I previously wrote about my reading. Very different from each other, but I really enjoyed Berta Island and Night of the Living Rez.

I am not a huge Ingmar Bergman fan, but his 1973 television miniseries Scenes From a Marriage is, unsurprisingly, intense and good. Great writing. Great acting.

My wife and I finished the most recent season of Survivor. No one would call it an artistic masterpiece that will shine through the ages, but entertaining to watch week to week. Do you watch any reality shows? Do you have a favorite show on broadcast television?

Mr Polaroid is about Edwin Land and the company that he created that gave us images within a minute. Now with cellphone cameras it does not seem as revolutionary as it was at the time.

Black Box Diaries is a documentary about a high profile sexual assault case in Japan made by the victim of that assault.

If you have seen Vanilla Sky you might want to consider the original picture Open Your Eyes. Very good picture.
