Junk Journal Week 37
I decided to try going for a cactus collage as part of sharing my media consumption this past week.
I wrote three reviews of the three books I read this week, so all I would like to say about those books is that they are all worth reading.
The Criterion Channel is having a Robert Altman film festival in September, and, thus far, I have watched four of his pictures.
Gosford Park has a script written by Julian Fellowes and was very much the progenitor of Downton Abbey.
I remember seeing Popeye on the big screen with my father and my brother back at the Quo Vadis Theater in Westland, Michigan, which, alas, no longer exists. At the time, Williams was best known as the start of the rather silly TV show Mork & Mindy. The script was written by Jules Feiffer, the music was written by Harry Nilsson, and, besides Robin Williams, the picture also starred Robert Altman’s long time muse, Shelly Duvall. At least in my opinion, the picture is still entertaining and worth watching.
What about you?
What have you read recently?

Tell me everything!
