December Book Club: The Maniac

 

My December book club selection came in the mail from @politicsprose yesterday: The Maniac by Benjamin Labatut. 

 

I read his unforgettable When We Cease To Understand the World last year. I'm 50 pages in to the new one. Makes a good companion to the Oppenheimer biography American Prometheus that I read this summer.
