Current Reading: Why Am I So Brown?

About thirty years ago I went to a reading in Ypsilanti, Michigan where the late Trinidad Sanchez Jr. read some of his poetry. That event stayed with me because I kept thinking of his book Why Am I So Brown when I started looking for things to read for Hispanic Heritage month.
